Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every order is handmade with care in our home studio.
Handling time: Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.
During busier periods (such as Christmas), handling time may increase slightly — but we will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are sent using tracked courier services.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated delivery in 2–3 working days after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated delivery in 1–2 working days after dispatch (optional upgrade available at checkout)

Evri Tracked — estimated delivery in 2–3 working days after dispatch

Standard Delivery (Tracked 48 / Evri Tracked): £3.95

Express Delivery (Tracked 24): £5.95

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £40
Tracking:
All orders include a tracking number. Customers can track their order via the link sent in the dispatch email.
International Orders
We are currently unable to offer international shipping.
If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@thewoodandwondercompany.co.uk, and we will do our best to help.
Delays & Missing Parcels
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to weather, seasonal delays, or operational issues outside our control.
If your parcel has not arrived within:

10 working days (Royal Mail)

10 working days (Evri)
after the dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.
Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund parcels that are lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
