How do I personalise my order?

Simply add your chosen product to the basket, and during checkout you’ll see a box labelled ‘Add special instructions to your order’.

Please write your personalisation exactly as you’d like it to appear (including any punctuation or capitalisation). For example: Sophia or Amelia-Rose.

If you’d like to double check your wording before we make it, just pop us an email at hello@thewoodandwondercompany.co.uk with your order number and we’ll confirm the details before engraving.

Can I see a preview before it’s made?

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we don’t currently send digital previews.

However, we’ll make sure every order is beautifully finished and true to your request.

Can I make changes after I’ve ordered?

We’ll always try to help! Please email hello@thewoodandwondercompany.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once production has started, we may not be able to edit your personalisation.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thewoodandwondercompany.co.uk with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Do you ship to the Isle of Man?

Yes we do! Standard shipping applies, but postage may take longer than UK shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for production plus delivery time.

If you need something urgently, drop us a message, we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the UK and to the Isle of Man only, but we’re working on expanding soon!

My order is a gift, can you send it straight to the recipient?

Absolutely. Just enter their address at checkout and add a note if you’d like us to include a message. We never include paper invoices in our parcels.
